Degrees: BA Multimedia Journalism from Virginia Tech
Laré joined the Office of Neighborhood Life in Fall 2022 as the Community Director for Burleith and Foxhall. Laré obtained her BA in Multimedia Journalism with a Minor in Cinema from Virginia Tech (Go Hokies!). After working in the Film and Broadcasting industry, she made the transition to Higher Ed with an interest in community building and programming. Outside of work, Laré enjoys video games, photography, movies and spending time with family, friends and her dog Roxie.
Allie Kruchell

Allie joined the Georgetown community in November 2023, serving as the Community Director for West Georgetown. Allie earned her BA in Journalism & Multimedia Studies at Fort Lewis College (Durango, CO) and her MA in Film & Media Studies at the University of Copenhagen in Denmark. As a professional, Allie is a passionate community builder. Outside of work Allie enjoys strange films, rummaging around thrift stores for vintage coffee mugs, and spending time with her husband, Grayg, and their two pets, Otto (dog) & Oskar (cat).
David Fleury

Degree: BS in Sports and Rec Management from James Madison University
David started as the Program Coordinator with the Office of Neighborhood Life in the Spring of 2022 where he grows relationships with fellow Hoya students and Neighbors alike in the community. In May 2021, David completed his degree from James Madison University (Go Dukes!) in S&R Management and is planning on continuing his education with Georgetown in the future. In his free time, David loves to play on his drum set, frequent the soccer field, and overall be with friends.
