Local Off-Campus Address
It is university policy that all undergraduate students must provide the university with their local telephone number (landline or cell) and the name, email address and telephone number of their next of kin. Further, all undergraduate students who live off campus must provide their up-to-date local off campus address.
Students who are not in compliance with these regulations will be ineligible to register for the following semester. Additionally, students who are not in compliance with this policy could be charged with a Category A Failure to Comply for being in violation of the Code of Student Conduct.

Sign in to MyAccess and fill in the following:
- Local phone
- Local off-campus address
- Next of kin contact information (click the tab to update emailing addresses)
